Opening a Round History through Spark!
1. Click the blue Manage button on the Manage worklist. This will take you to the Proof Workflow Page.
2. Open the proof in Spark! by selecting Open on the approval process you want to view under the Workflow Information section of the Proof Workflow Page.
3. Click on the Go To drop-down menu and select Review History in the top-right corner, under the approval statuses. This will take you to the Review page.
On the Review page, you will see each version of the proof file along with each proof round within each version.
 | Only the current version of the proof file will be expanded. To view the details of past proofs, click on the blue double-arrow to version name to expand the version details. |
4. To the right of each round name, you will see a link to the Round History. Click on this link.
This will open all the history tied to this particular round including emails, reviewers, dates and times, and review statuses.
Opening a Round History through Approval Manager
 | Your administrator will have to set the Native Proofer Open Mode to Native to allow proof files to open through Approval Manager. Otherwise they will be opened through Spark!. This option should only be used if you are not using Spark!. For more information, read Changing the Default Native Proofer Open Mode. |
To open a round history through Approval Manager you will need to perform the following steps:
1. Click the blue Manage button
2. Open the proof by selecting the Open button
3. Select the Round History link on the Review page.
