- Select the Terms link in the Administration page. This will open the Terms page.
- Select the New Terms link in the page header. This will open the New Terms page.
- Type the term number and description in the appropriate fields of the Terms Setup section of the window. Term numbers can be up to 7 digits long. Term descriptions are alphanumeric and can include up to 40 characters.
Note: The Parameters field is used only if you are integrating with an accounting package. - Click Add (
). This will save the new Term to the database and display the entry in the terms grid of the window.
- Repeat this procedure for each additional term you would like to define on the Job Manager system.
