Approval Manager is designed to manage the review and approval cycle for both soft proofs and digital or other hard copy proofs. When used in a soft-proofing cycle, files are uploaded to an Approval Manager Approval Process. Users assigned to review the file can open it in their preferred proofing tool (Spark!, Adobe Reader, Acrobat, Dalim DiALOGUE, or a native application). When using Spark!, Acrobat Professional, Acrobat Standard, or Adobe Reader, all comments and annotations are synchronized with Approval Manager, ensuring that all stakeholders involved in the approval process have access to comments and annotations added by other stakeholders participating in the process.
