So you've been asked to review a document. Chances are, you discovered this through an entry on your Review worklist or through an email notification much like the one below.

Clicking either the link in the email or the item in the worklist will open the proof in Spark! and start the review process. From Spark! you can comment, annotate, and select an approval status for the proof file.

Spark! supports most file types but you might find some files that Spark! cannot open. Spark! is still able to handle these files by opening them through an appropriate program located on you computer. For example, if you want to open a video file, Spark! will open a window that allows you to choose a video player program pre-installed on your computer. After watching the video you can then set the approval status of the file and finish your part of the proofing process.
