Changing Company Registration Information
You can use the Server Configurator to change your company registration information by following the procedure described below.
Changing your company registration information
1. On the Windows 2003 Server computer that hosts the Server Components, open the Server Configuration Tool. The Server Configuration Tool is available in the Start-> Programs-> MetaCommunications window on the Windows Server computer on which the MetaCommunications Server components have been installed. When opened, the The Server Configurator Welcome window will appear.
2. Click Next in the Server Configurator Welcome window. The Company Registration Information window will open.
3. Type your System ID in the System ID field.
Note: The System ID is unique for each customer and is provided to you by MetaCommunications. If you do not have a System ID, you can look it up on the Customer Resource Center page at http://www.meta-comm.com/customers/ .
Note: If you do not have a System ID, you can continue with the installation and enter the System ID later through the Application Server Shell. See the Application Server Guide for more information.
4. Type your company information in the appropriate fields of the Company Registration Information window. At this point, you have changed your Company Registration Information. The following steps will describe how to finish the Server Configuration application without making further changes.
At this point you have changed your registration information. The remainder of the procedure describes how to walk through the remainder of the Server Configurator without making additional changes.
5. Click Next until the Select Microsoft SQL Server window opens.
6. Select or type the SQL Server instance you want to use and type the ‘sa’ password in the password field.
7. Continue clicking Next until the Completing Configuration Wizard window appears.
