Resource Allocation by Role Report

Reports-> Workflow Scheduling-> Resource Allocation by Role

The Resource Allocation by Role Report displays each Role defined in the system, and Jobs for which the Role has been assigned to an Activity. Like the Resource Allocation report above, this Report is helpful for visualizing over and under-utilized Creative and Production Users and may be essential in balancing work across available users, finding Activities with no Role assignments, etc.

This report uses AWS_Rpt_Timeline configuration records to specify the Activities and Roles to include in the report. You can create as many such configuration records as you wish, but you may only specify one such configuration record when running the report.
