Personal Queue

This Find presents Creative and Production Users with an always up-to-date list of their Assignments (Activities that are active and to which they have been assigned). At the start of each day/shift, each user will log in to Virtual Ticket and open their My To-Do List and review their Assignments. Only Activities that are currently ready to be worked on will appear as Assignments in the list. As a result, Assignments in the My To-Do List will be added and removed as other users complete their Assignments, Traffic Managers manually jump to Activities, etc....

As users review their My To-Do Lists, they evaluate the Assignments and choose one to work on. Once they have chosen an Assignment, they can record Start and Finish status for their work and access other Tickets associated with the Activity.

Open ( ): Opens the Job Ticket related to the current Assignment in a new Virtual Ticket browser window.

Job Recorder ( ): Opens a Job Manager Job Recorder in a web browser for recording Job Charges. This feature is only used in environments that use Job Manager and may not be necessary for each Assignment.

Start ( ): Records the current date as the actual start date for the Activity. Used when work is begun on an assigned Activity. If the Activity is set to start automatically or has already been started, the button’s label will read “N/A” and clicking it will have no effect.

Finish ( ): Records the current date as the actual Finish date for the Activity. Used when work is finished for an assigned Activity. If an Activity has not yet been started, the button’s label will read “Not Ready” and clicking it will have no effect.

Associated Tickets: Displays a selectable list of any Tickets associated with the Activity. Selecting a Ticket in the list will open the Ticket in a new Virtual Ticket browser window.
