Each Activity in a Job Schedule can be associated with various Job Tickets. When an Activity is associated with a Job Ticket, users assigned to complete Activities can open the corresponding Job Tickets directly from their To-Do List. This provides an easy way for each Creative and Production User with an assigned Activity to access their work related materials.
When an Activity is selected in the Job Schedule, the Associated Tickets editor will display any tickets associated with the Activity. This editor can also be used to assign other tickets already created for the Job, or to create and assign new tickets to the Activity. Tickets available for creation and application to the Job are document types of Jobs.
Assign Existing Ticket: Select and assign a Ticket that has already been created for the Job to the selected Activity. When assigned to an Activity, the Ticket name and description will appear in the Associated Tickets list. Each ticket can be assigned to many Activities.
Create New Ticket: Create a new Ticket for the Job and assign it to the selected Activity. Any Ticket of any document type belonging to Jobs can be created and assigned to the Activity.
