Reviewers are users assigned to Approval Stages in an Approval Process Workflow for the purpose of reviewing the proof and accepting, accepting with changes, or rejecting the proof. Any user defined in the system can be assigned to an Approval Stage.

Reviewers can be either Internal Users or Collaborative Users. Collaborative Users have access only to review the files they are assigned to. Additionally, Collaborative User accounts can be set to expire after a predefined amount of time has passed, ensuring that inactive customers no longer have access to the system.
