Managers have a variety of file management tasks they can perform on files used in Approval Processes. These tasks include: uploading new versions of files, renaming files, removing files, and uploading new files to Approval Processes.
Procedures
Adding additional files to an approval process
In the Manage Worklist, find the proof you want to upload an additional file to.

Click Manage Files. The File Management page for the selected Approval Process will open. Approval Process File Management Page
Click Add Another File. The list of files will expand, displaying a new section of the page where you can add another file. Files for Proof Page with blank slot for uploading a new file.
Optional: Type a name for the file. If you leave this blank, the Name field will be populated with the name of the selected file.
Click Choose File. A file system browser window will open.
Browse to and select the file to upload. Click Choose/OK when done. The file system browser window will close.
Type any comments you want to attach to the file in the Comments field.
Select the Production Completed checkbox if you want the Production Stage to be marked as Complete when you finish adding the file.
To add additional files, click Add Another File and repeat the previous steps.
Click Update when done. The Upload File page will close and the file(s) will be added to the Approval Process.
Uploading new versions of files in an approval process
In the Manage Worklist, find the proof you want to upload a new version of afile to.

Click Manage Files. The File Management page for the selected Approval Process will open. Approval Process File Management Page
Click Upload New Version for the file listed in the File Management Page that you want to upload a new version for. The section controls for the selected file will change, displaying a Choose File button and an active Comments field. Files for Proof Page for uploading a new version of a file.
Click Choose File. A file system browser window will open.
Browse to and select the file to upload. Click Choose/OK when done. The Finder/Windows Explorer window will close.
Type any comments you want to attach to the file in the Comments field.
Click Update when done. The new version of the file will be uploaded to the Approval Process.
Renaming files in an approval process
In the Manage Worklist, find the Approval Process containing the file you want to rename.

Click Manage Files. The File Management page for the selected Approval Process will open. Approval Process File Management Page
Click Rename File. The Name field will become editable.
Type the new name in the Name field.
Click Update when done. The file will be renamed.
Deleting files in an approval process
In the Manage Worklist, find the Approval Process containing the file(s) you want to delete.

Click Manage Files. The File Management page for the selected Approval Process will open. Approval Process File Management Page
Click Delete File. A confirmation dialog window will appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete the file. Click OK. The file will be deleted from the Approval Process.
