Introduction

Welcome to the MetaCommunications Workgroups Portal, a web based application that hosts the ApprovalManager applications in a single, integrated environment. Components available to you through Workgroups Portal will depend on two factors:

1. What applications your company is licensed to use (Approval Manager), and,
2. The access permissions granted by the System Administrator for you to access and use components of the Approval Manager system.

Because you may not have been granted permission by the Administrator to use every available component in Approval Manager that your company is licensed to use, some sections of this guide may represent functionality that is not available to you.
