Guide for Proof Reviewers

Who is a reviewer? Someone who has been asked to evaluate a proof as part of a structured Approval Manager workflow. Reviewers may be designers, managers, customers, or any other stakeholder in any type of project that produces something that needs to be reviewed by others (Remember, Approval Manager can be used to review physical proofs as well as digital proofs). So, in the broadest sense, a reviewer is anyone who is asked to participate in an Approval Manager review.

Approval Manager's Reviewer Dashboard provides a convenient way for proof reviewers to see what proofs they are assigned to review. Reviewers can drill down into the proof to add comments and set review statuses on proofs from their dashboards.
