Built-in SMTP Server

A new built-in SMTP server simplifies setup and provides options to administrators: use an existing SMTP server to send emails and notifications, or use the one now built in to Approval Manager to get up and running without needing IT support or using resources from the main mail server.

Auto-Login from Email Notifications

Links in email notifications will now automatically log you in with privileges sufficient only to perform the activity specified in the notification. This makes life simpler for you and your users while limiting the risk associated with inadvertently forwarding emails, etc.

Collaborative User Invitations

Easily send users invitations to log in and start using Approval Manager. All you have to do is provide their email address, and all they'll have to do is follow the link in their email, set their password, and get to work.
