If email notifications are used, Approval Manager will send email notifications to new users containing information related to their account in Approval Manager.

1. Click the Email Notifications link in the Administration tab to open the Email Notifications page, if it is not already open.

3. Scroll down to the Proofing  Notifications section of the Email Notifications page.

4. Type the name you would like to appear in the From field of proofing email notifications sent to users.

5. Type the email address that you would like the Account Creation Email Notifications to appear to come from in the Address field. Since new users may have initial questions about logging in and if so, may be inclined to reply to Account Creation Email Notifications, it is recommended that you use an email address for an email account that is actively monitored.

6. Continue with the other procedures described on this page or click Save to save the change to the MetaSQLMail SQL Server Job checkbox.
