1. Select Custom Appearance in the Administration tab. This will open the Custom Appearance page.
2. Type a color value in the User Link Color field. Color values can be specified by using either standard hexadecimal notation (eg: "#343434"), using a standard color name (eg: "DarkGoldenrod"), or clicking on the color indicator square to the right of the field and opening the Color Selection window.

3. Click Preview. The user links in the preview area will be displayed in the specified color.
4. Review the color selection in the preview area of the Custom Appearance page.
5. If satisfied with the user link color, continue to the next step. Or, if you prefer the previous user link color, click Revert. The user link color appearance will revert to the most recently saved settings.
6. Click Save when finished. Collaborative users who log into the system will now see all user links in the color defined in the User Link Color field.
