The Recent Items box, located in the left sidebar beneath the Quick Search, stores a list of links to pages you have recently visited. This includes Customer, Proof, and Job Details (if Job Manager is also installed) pages as well as links to the results of recently performed searches.

The type of items that appear in the Recent Items box will vary depending on the components installed (Approval Manager and/or Job Manager) and the access permissions for the currently logged in user.

Note: Approval Manager only systems will not display Recent Estimates.

Clearing Recent Items

The list of recent items can be cleared of all contents by clicking the Clear link in the header of the Recent Items box.
