Setting the Default Application

If multiple instances of Virtual Ticket Developer are installed on the computer, you can change the default Virtual Ticket Developer instance that the Production Pack AutoCAD Plug-in will work with. Though the Production Pack AutoCAD Plug-in will work with any installed and supported version of Virtual Ticket Developer, by default it will be set to work with the instance of Virtual Ticket Developer it was installed with.

Procedure

The following procedure is described using the ProductionPack menu in the AutoCAD menu bar. Be aware that this procedure can also be accomplished using the AutoCAD command line and via the AutoCAD context menu that appears when right-clicking in an open AutoCAD drawing.

Setting the default application

1. Select Set New Default Application... in the ProductionPack menu of AutoCAD. The Select [Virtual Ticket/Digital Storage Manager] application files system browser window opens.
2. Browse to and select the instance of Virtual Ticket Developer that you would like to set as the default instance for use with the Production Pack AutoCAD Plug-in.
