Working with Notifications

Virtual Ticket Developer provides a built-in notification feature that you may use to assist in communicating information to other Virtual Ticket Developer users. Notification routines for events and actions set up by the system administrator alert users to activities that occur within the Virtual Ticket Developer system. These notification routines may be executed based on any event which involves the addition, deletion, or modification of information stored in the Virtual Ticket Developer system. For example, if a manager or supervisor changes the instructions or requirements for a job, a notification routine could be defined to notify the appropriate users of the change, ensuring that each user is presented with the most accurate and up-to-date information available for the job.
