Procurement module is designed for management of complex purchases and provides the following features:
1. Users responsible for purchasing compose detailed, multiple-component, multiple-option specifications.
2. Requests for Quote (together with specifications) are sent to multiple Vendors.
3. Vendors enter their Bids on-line, using Workgroups portal.
4. Purchasing compares the entered quotes, awards the contract, composes and issues PO.
