Introduction

Welcome to Virtual Ticket Production Pack 5.5! The Virtual Ticket Production Pack is a set of Mac OS X Finder, QuarkXPress XTensions, and Adobe Plug-ins that efficiently access Virtual Ticket and DSM information from QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. These tools also provide productivity enhancing features that will speed up project assembly and design.

This user guide provides detailed information about the Virtual Ticket Production Pack and how it integrates with the Virtual Ticket, QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign applications. Step-by-step instructions are provided for: installing the QuarkXPress XTension and Adobe Plug-ins, using QuarkXPress, Illustrator, InDesign, and Finder to look up folder/document and digital asset information within Virtual Ticket, setting QuarkXPress, Illustrator, and InDesign preview options, and accessing the thumbnail and extended previews within Virtual Ticket.

Note: All Production Pack feature are only in the Virtual Ticket desktop client for Mac OS X. Users of the Virtual Ticket desktop client for Windows will not be able to install or use the Production Pack.
