Configuring the InterSync File System Service

The File System Service is managed using the File System Service Snap-in in the MetaCommunications Management Console.

Note: The File System Service Snap-in is used to configure the InterSync File System Service. If you do not use InterSync, you may skip this chapter of the guide.

Configuring the File System Service Snap-in involves:

Setting general, recovery, and security service parameters,

Attaching the databases to be synchronized,

Configuring the File System Service for each database by specifying the synchronization and deleter options and selecting the file server folders to be synchronized with the database.
